Inspiration: Cuba / Hiatus

 (by frtosi)

I'm going to visit Cuba and really looking forward to it. I can't wait to experience the country and the people and to take as many pictures as I can fit on my SD cards.

Quick and simple Italian-inspired dinner

Quick and simple Italian-inspired dinner

Tonight, I felt like a light and quick dinner, so I made tomatoes with mozarella, oil and vinegar, together with a sandwich with parma ham. And for dessert, some strawberries and black currants.

Sunday's Summary

Sunday's summary, lovely link collection volume v (or, how long can I keep it up with the Roman numerals?)
  • How gorgeous is this outfit?
  • Already Pretty reminds us of a good philosophy.
  • Daddy Likey has a mascara showdown!
  • David Lebovitz shares this recipe for delicious-looking chicken mango slaw.
  • Kayotic Kitchen's post on the focal point in food photography makes for a very interesting read!

  • Best description of cookies, ever!
Happy 04th of July to all celebrating, and a good Sunday to the rest.

Flowers and sunshine

It's above the 30°C (86°F), football is going to be on in two and a half hours and my brain is fried, but I thought for this weekend, I'd share some flowers. I've recently developed a love for macro-photography (recently, here, meaning: when I got a camera that made it at all possible) and flowers make for good practicing - they don't run away, don't get bored and don't complain about having a camera in their face.

Enjoy your weekend!
